From what I recall of this video, this guy is a property manager/landlord at the apartment building where Michelle and her boyfriend live. Michelle has bad spending habits and blows the rent money her boyfriend works hard for. It was rumored that the landlord had a 'forgetting chair' for women in the building who couldn't pay. Soon enough, Michelle found out that it wasn't a rumor as she got the late rent fucked out of her. Although, towards the end, it sounds like she didn't mind...
